Item Guidance

Prepare equipment by data risk, size, and service complexity.

Accepted equipment can vary by condition, volume, and special handling needs. Use the searchable cards above to organize your request before uploading an inventory list, scheduling pickup, or planning a drop-off at our Canoga Park warehouse.

Data-bearing assets

Separate laptops, desktops, phones, tablets, drives, servers, storage arrays, tapes, and removable media so data handling requirements are clear before removal.

Enterprise and office IT

Servers, switches, routers, desktops, docking stations, peripherals, UPS units, cables, and monitors can be grouped by room, rack, pallet, or department.

Bulk service notes

For larger loads, include whether you prefer pickup or drop-off, plus floor level, elevator access, loading dock details, parking instructions, pallet counts, and any heavy or awkward equipment.

Special handling

Swollen devices, damaged electronics, loose toner, and unusually heavy equipment may require additional coordination. Alkaline batteries, printers, scanners, fax machines, light bulbs, and household appliances are not accepted.
