Service Requests

Submitting a pickup or drop-off request does not guarantee service availability, pricing, timing, or acceptance of every item. CAL E-WASTE RECYCLE LLC may review location, quantity, material type, condition, access details, and scheduling availability before confirming service.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for accurately describing equipment, identifying data-bearing devices, disclosing special handling needs, confirming accepted items before drop-off, and providing safe access instructions for pickup locations.

Accepted Materials

Accepted materials may vary by condition, volume, safety requirements, and applicable regulations. Alkaline batteries, printers, scanners, fax machines, light bulbs, refrigerators, microwaves, washing machines, ovens, and stovetops are not accepted.

Data-Bearing Devices

Customers should identify computers, servers, drives, phones, tablets, removable media, and storage systems that may contain sensitive data before pickup or drop-off. Documentation or destruction options should be requested before service is confirmed.
