Pickup / Drop-Off Prep Checklist

Before scheduling

List the equipment types, approximate counts, location, service preference, access notes, and any items that contain data. Use the downloadable intake and inventory form when you need a blank template for item counts and room or pallet locations.

Before pickup or drop-off

Group similar items, separate data-bearing devices, clear a safe path for pickups, and confirm that your items are accepted before bringing them to the Canoga Park warehouse at 7871 Alabama Ave. Suite #1.

Helpful details

Include stairs, elevators, dock hours, gate codes, suite numbers, parking restrictions, heavy items, swollen batteries, damaged devices, or anything that may need special handling. Alkaline batteries, printers, scanners, fax machines, light bulbs, and household appliances are not accepted.
