Recycling FAQ

Do you work with both businesses and residents?

Yes. CAL E-WASTE RECYCLE LLC supports business, organization, school, warehouse, and residential electronics recycling requests, including scheduled pickups and free drop-off at our Canoga Park warehouse for approved accepted items.

Can I use an inventory?

Yes. Use the blank intake and inventory form to share equipment lists, quantities, service preference, access details, and data-handling notes.

What if I have data-bearing devices?

Flag laptops, desktops, servers, phones, tablets, hard drives, SSDs, tapes, and storage systems in the request. The team can discuss secure handling and documentation options.

Are all electronics accepted?

No. Alkaline batteries, printers, scanners, fax machines, light bulbs, refrigerators, microwaves, washing machines, ovens, and stovetops are not accepted. Accepted items may still vary by condition, volume, safety requirements, and regulations.
